The second floor is of five-inch red oak floors throughout, with solid core doors, and coffered ceilings. Coming up from the stairs, the left side is a spacious office, and the right side is a guest bedroom, with a cozy living space in between and a French-style balcony facing the street. Both have their own full bathroom.

Walking through a hallway, you will enter the spacious master bedroom, with a luxurious bathroom with marble floors, a soaking tub, a large shower, and an extra-large walk-in his-and-her closet in owner's suite that flows out to the balcony overlooking the lush back lawn. The next door is the child's bedroom, with its own full bathroom. Both master and child's bedrooms are connected to the 300 sqft full-sized covered French-style balcony.
